Who we are

This website, aurevatravels.in, is run by Aureva Travels. If you have any question about your information, email info@aurevatravels.in.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the destination or type of help you asked about
• the number of adults, children and infants travelling
• any message you write
• which page you sent the inquiry from, and when you sent it

To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also keep a scrambled, one-way code derived from your internet (IP) address for a short time. We do not store the IP address itself.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to plan and arrange your travel if you go ahead, and to keep a record of our conversation with you.

Who handles it for us

We use these service providers to run the website and handle inquiries:

• Supabase, which stores inquiries in its database
• Render, which hosts the website
• Resend, which delivers inquiry notification emails to our team
• Meta (WhatsApp), which may deliver short inquiry alerts to our team

Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a small note in your browser to remember whether you have closed or already used the inquiry form, so we do not ask you again. Our staff area uses cookies to keep staff signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. The anti-spam codes described above are deleted after a short period.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@aurevatravels.in.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
